1. What Pack Hunters is

Pack Hunters is a free, for-fun digital trading card collecting game. It uses a virtual currency called Silver Coins, which is handed out for free and earned through play. There are no purchases, no deposits, no withdrawals and no prizes of monetary value on this platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be old enough to hold an account under the laws of your country, and have a parent or guardian's permission if you are a minor.
• You are responsible for everything that happens through your account, including keeping your login details private.
• One person, one account. Automated tools, bots, scripts, exploits and multi-accounting to farm rewards are not allowed.
• We may suspend, restrict, reset or delete any account at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected abuse.

3. Silver Coins, cards and other virtual items

• Silver Coins, cards, packs, ranks and season progress are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use features inside Pack Hunters. You do not own them.
• Virtual items have no real-world value, are not property, are not redeemable for money or goods, and cannot be legally sold or exchanged for anything of value outside the platform.
• We can change, rebalance, re-price, remove, expire, refund in Silver Coins, or delete any card, pack, drop rate or feature at any time, including in ways that reduce the perceived value of your collection.
• Cards removed for rule violations or content issues may be refunded in Silver Coins at their listed value, entirely at our discretion.
• If your account is closed, deleted or lost, all virtual items are permanently lost and cannot be restored.

4. Randomness and drop rates

Packs contain randomly selected cards based on drop chances configured by the platform. Random results are random: past openings do not influence future ones, and no result is guaranteed. Drop rates may be changed at any time.

5. Trading, the market and card loss

• Trades, sales for Silver Coins and duplicate quick-sells are final. There are no take-backs, rollbacks or compensation for regretted, mis-clicked or bulk-sold cards.
• Never trade or transfer anything based on promises made outside the platform. We do not police, mediate or reimburse off-platform deals, and real-money trading of accounts or cards is strictly forbidden.
• Bugs, downtime, resets, data loss, moderation actions or balance changes may cause the loss of cards or coins. We are not obliged to restore them.

6. Community conduct

Messages, profiles, comments and card reports must not contain harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, illegal material, scams, spam, advertising or attempts to buy or sell anything for real money. We may read, moderate, edit or remove user content and accounts at our discretion. User content remains the responsibility of the user who posted it.

7. Availability

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", with no promise of uptime, data retention, backups, feature continuity or that the platform will continue to exist at all. We may change or shut down any part of it at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and accept no responsibility or liability of any kind for any loss or damage arising from your use of Pack Hunters. This includes, without limitation, loss of cards, coins, ranks, progress, accounts or data; downtime, bugs and errors; the actions or content of other users; time spent; or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. You use the platform entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.
