What Card Pack Hunter is

A free digital trading card collecting game. Players receive 50 free Silver Coins per day and can earn up to 25 more per day from card battles. Coins buy card packs, packs contain randomly selected cards, and cards go into a personal collection. There is also a ranked battle mode, a news feed with comments, a player-to-player market that uses Silver Coins only, and private messages between members.

No money, ever

• No purchases, no subscriptions, no payment details are collected.
• Coins and cards cannot be bought, sold or cashed out for real money.
• Buying or selling accounts, cards or coins for real money is forbidden and can result in deletion of the account.

Things to be aware of

• Random rewards. Pack opening is a loot-box style mechanic. It is free, but it can encourage compulsive, gambling-like habits. See our Responsible Play page and read it together with your child.
• Daily loop. The daily coin reward is designed to encourage returning each day. Agree on how often is reasonable.
• Chat with strangers. Members can send private messages and comment on news posts. Moderation is not continuous and we cannot guarantee that all content is age-appropriate.
• Public profile. Display name, avatar, bio, rank and (optionally) collection are visible to other members. Tell your child not to use their real name, school, address, phone number or other personal details.

Child account mode

In Settings → Child account you can mark the account as played by a child. While child mode is on:

• Private messages are switched off — the child cannot send them, and other members cannot send messages to the account.
• The collector marketplace is switched off, so there is no trading with strangers.
• News comments are switched off.
• The binder is hidden from the public profile.
• Packs, the binder, daily rewards, battles, news and stories all keep working as normal.

You choose a 4–6 digit PIN when you turn it on. The PIN is stored scrambled, so nobody — not even us — can read it back. Switching child mode off needs that PIN and then waits 24 hours before it actually takes effect, and you can cancel the switch-off at any point during that wait. So even if a child learns the PIN, you have a full day to notice and stop it. The rules are enforced on our servers, not in the browser, so they cannot be bypassed by changing settings on the device.

Keep the PIN private and, ideally, set up the account yourself on your own email address so password resets come to you.

Controls available to you

• The collection can be hidden from the public profile in profile settings.
• Display name, avatar and bio can be changed at any time.
• Any card or message that breaks the rules can be reported to administrators from inside the app.
• The whole account and all data can be permanently deleted from Settings, at any time, by you or your child.

Device-level parental controls

Because this is a website, the strongest controls live on the device: screen-time limits and app/website time limits on iOS Screen Time, Android Digital Wellbeing and Family Link, Windows Family Safety, or your router or antivirus web filter. You can allow the site only during agreed hours, or block it entirely. We recommend playing on a shared device in a common room and agreeing a daily time budget in advance.

Contact and responsibility

To report a concern or request removal of a child's account, contact the site administrator through the in-app messages. Card Pack Hunter is provided free and as-is by hobbyists; we are not a supervision service and cannot monitor individual players. Supervision of a minor's use remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian, and we accept no liability for a minor's use of the platform.
