Pack Hunters is offered free of charge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Card and coin loss

• Trades, market sales and duplicate quick-sells are final and irreversible.
• Cards removed after a valid report may be refunded in Silver Coins at their listed value; this is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
• Balance changes, rarity changes, drop-rate changes, pack removals and season resets may reduce or erase the value of your collection.
• Bugs, outages, database issues, moderation actions and account deletion can permanently destroy cards, coins, ranks and history. Restoration is not guaranteed and is often impossible.
• We do not offer compensation, rollbacks or replacements for lost virtual items.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators, administrators and contributors of Pack Hunters accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential — arising out of or connected with the platform. This expressly includes loss of virtual cards, Silver Coins, ranks, progress, accounts, content or data; service interruption or permanent shutdown; content, conduct, offers or scams from other users; decisions you make based on anything on this site; time, health or wellbeing effects of play; and any device or network issues. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the service, which is zero. Nothing in this notice affects rights that cannot be waived under mandatory local law.

Not gambling, not investment

Nothing on this platform is a game of chance for money, a financial product, an investment, a collectible with resale value, or a promise of future value. Do not treat it as one.

Card artwork and other content may be uploaded by administrators or referenced from third parties. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact an administrator through the in-app messages and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
